    • William Henry Herring
      In this county of Typhoid Pneumonia, on Sunday the 11th at 7 o'clock and 10 minutes in the P,M,, William Henry, son of Gideon C. and Lucy J Herring, aged 15 years, 10 months and 20 days.
      Thus in the early spring-time of life has departed a bright and most interesting child. During his illness he often expressed his desire to go home. While bending over his lifeless form, we noticed his face wore a bright beaming smile, which led us to believe he had reached his home - that house not made with hand eternal, and in the heavens.
      We deeply sympathize with the distressed parents, and brothers and sisters in their sore bereavement. Willie has left us, but we trust that he now walks in the sunshine of his Savior's presence and love, and numbers one of that inaniperalite(?) company that have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the lamb.
