Notes	The Craighead's lived south of the Staunton River in that part of Bedford County which became Franklin in 1786. John Craighead's permission for his daughter, Susannah to marry George Key was witnessed by John Key, who lived in Bedford County, Virginia at the time. Susannah was mentioned in her father's will and so it is proved she was a sister of John, Robert M. and Isaiah Craghead, whose descendants came to Missouri.
