Notes |
- George Suter Miss Rose Lee Herring 4 Jul 1906 I-189
This couple lived in Sedalia, Petis Mo. in 1925.
She died in the Bothwell hospital, Sedalia, Pettis Co., Missouri, after a stay of 20 days. Her usual address was 1842 S. Barrett, Sedalia, Missouri. On her death certificate is a statment by the doctor about her condidtion: This lady had been a semi-invalid for several months. About two years. She had very poor circulation in both legs due to varicose veins and to arterio sclerosis which was advanced. She had employed a walker for some months. On the day of injury she was alone and attempted to go out of the back porch of her home. In some manner unknown, she fell and sustained fractures of both the tibia and fibula of each leg. It was thought that these fractures were pathologic due to her circulation. The cause of death as stated was hypostatic pneumonia. Jno.B. Carlisle, M.D. Nov. 25, 1949
She has an occupation listed, merchant, plumbing business. She must have continued to run the business after the death of her husband in 1934. The information on her death certificate was given by her daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Lippard, Sedalia, Missouri.
