    • Goldie Mae Raps, 77, of Fulton, Mo .; passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2010, at her home.

      She was born in Bluffton, Mo. April 29, 1933, the daughter of Tom and Blanche (Heying) Patrick.

      On September 27, 1952, she married Donald Raps in Fulton, Mo. He preceded her in death.

      Goldie worked at the Shoe Factory for 27 years and at Fulton Manor Care Center for 17 years as a cook. She enjoyed dancing, attending the community center, sewing, and cooking.

      She is survived by four sons, Kenneth (Connie) Raps, David (Vanessa) Raps, James Raps; all of Fulton, Mo . and Marvin Raps of Roseville, Calif.; one daughter, Brenda (Vince) Buckner of Fulton, Mo .; one brother, Tommie Patrick of Fulton, Mo .; one sister, Dora Patrick of Hannibal, Mo .; 12 grandchildren and 12 greatgrandchildren.

      She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and grandson, Eric Raps.

      Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2010, at Unity Baptist Church with Bruce Williamson officiating.

      Interment will follow at Unity Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p. m Monday, October 4, 2010, at Debo Funeral Home in Fulton.
