      Death certificate is dated and stamped as recieved by the Health Department, Jan. 7, 1941.

      She was divorced at the time of her death, her residence was near Sturgeon, Missouri. Her occupation was typist. William Batterton of Sturgeon, Missouri, gave the information for her death certificate.
