    • Gladys L. McCleery Witcher
      Gladys L. Witcher, age 94 of Fulton, Missouri, passed away Saturday, May 24, 2008, at the Fulton Presbyterian Manor in Fulton. She was born in Tebbetts, Missouri on June 30, 1913, a daughter of the late John Dorris McCleery and Fannie Elizabeth Bell McCleery. On September 20, 1933, she was united in Marriage to Cecil C. Witcher. He preceded her in death on October 21, 1994.
      She will be sadly missed and lovingly remmbered by two daughters, Mary Sue Fletcher and her husband, Wayne, of Fulton and Frances Jean Lee and her husband, Connie, of Fulton, Missouri, four grandchildren, Brent Fletcher, Janet Stiefermann, Vicky Wilkes, and Mark Lee, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchld, numerous nieces and nephews.
      Her parents, husband, one brother, Earl McCleery and one sister, Opal Morts, preceded her in death. She was a member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church. Gladys was a homemaker. She enjoyed sewng, cooking, quilting.
      Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 29, 2008, at the Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton, Missouri with Reverend Ron Baker officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. untl 2:00 p.m. on Thursday May 29, 2008, at Maupin Funeral Home. nterment will be at the Callaway Memorial Gardens cemetery in Fulton, Missouri.
