      moved to Kansas City abt. 1917.

      He lived at 2014 Linwood, Kansas City. His occupation at the time of his death was retired editor and school teacher. He was a veteran of the Spanish American war.

      Mrs. Ruth Ebersole of the same address, gave the information for his death certificate. He died in the General hospital in Kansas City after a stay of 10 days. His parents were James W. Fox and Margaret Ann Pool.

      He was killed after being struck by an automobile. Official cause of death was shock and hemorrhage.
