    • Elizabeth Allen Davis passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 28, 2009, surounded by her family at Woodwinds hospital in Woodbury, MN. She was born on October 15, 1912 in Williamsburg, Mo., the only child of Charles Pleasant Allen, Jr. and Martha Blades Allen. On June 25, 1939 she was united in marriage to Floyd Davis who preceded her in death on April 20, 1972.
      Elizabeth was a graduate of William Woods College and worked as a bookkeeper for the catering service there for twenty-five years. She spent most of her life in Williamsburg and Fulton. Since October 2003, she has resided in Woodbury near her family. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Fulton, Mo.
      Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at Maupin Funeral home in Fulton. Interment will be at Hillcrest cemetery in Fulton, Missouri.
