    • He lived at 3701 Jefferson, Kansas City, Missouri, at the time of his death. He was a retired photographer, and was divorced.

      Mrs. Fred Dischman of the same address gave the information for his death certificate, she did know the names of his parents, however she gave the middle name of his father as Thomas.
