      census says one child born, one living, but no child is listed as living with this family.

      Dates on headstone are wrong, he died in 1910 not 1905. Altho 1910 census lists him as being born in 1878, and headstone has 1878, all earlier census listing children in order has 1875. The year 1878 does not fit for him, he had sisters born in 1876, 1878, and 1879. Death certificate does not list year of birth but does say he was 36 years old when he died. Since his headstone very clearly lists 1905 as his date of death and his death certificate very clearly shows he died in 1910, I'm using the logical birth date of 1875, not what is on the headstone.

      His occupation at time of death was steamfitter, M.P.R.R. shop. He was killed in an accident at work.
      Berry Divers of Fulton, Missouri, gave the information for his death certificate.
