- Death of Miss Montie F. Kistler.
Miss Montie Frances Kistler, aged 21 years, died at the home of her father, A.M. Kistler, in North Grand avenue at 6:00 o'clock Monday evening, following a year's illness with a complication of diseases.
Miss Kistler was born at Stephens Store on February 2, 1890, and removed to Fulton after the death of her mother several years ago. Until about a month ago she made her home with her uncle, John Kistler.
Funeral services were conducted at the home of her father at 8:00 o'clock Tuesday morning by Rev. J.S. Taylor, pastor of the Fulton Baptist church, and the body was taken to Oak Chapel cemetery, in north Callaway, for burial. A delegation of the Knights and Ladies of Security lodge accompanied the remains and performed their ritualistic exercises at the grave. Miss Kistler was also a member of the Baptist church of Fulton.
Besides her father she is survived by three brothers, Leslie of Fulton, Roy of Stephens Store, and E.C. Kistler, of Thompson.
