  Gibbs, Elizabeth A - Trimble, George W - Dec 14 1859 She was divorced between 1876 and 1880. According to the Gibbs Family book: George Trammell was born in Virginia. When they were first married, they went to Virginia to live. He was an alcoholic and didn't support her and the children. After a few years, she moved back to Missouri. Her brother, William Henry Gibbs and some of her half-brothers helped her establish a home. She never divorced George. I have found no record that any of the children were actually born in Virginia. Various census and death certificate records all give Missouri.
