I have looked up tobacco heart, and it meant he was a heavy smoker. Information on his death certificate was given by his wife. His parents were David D. McKee of Kentucky and Jane Butler. Burial says only Fulton, Mo., I found his headstone in Hillcrest. His son David married my 1st cousin, Maurine M. Carter.
