St. Louis Post-Dispatch, September 21, 2006, Tate, Carolyn Joyce, 67, passed away Sunday, September 17th at her home in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Carolyn is survived by her husband of 45 years, Roger; two children, Karen (Kevin) Wilson, Baton Rouge, LA and Dan (Terry) Tate, St. Louis, MO; granddaughter, Rachel and father, James Craighead, of Fulton, MO. Services: A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 3:00 p.m., September 26th at the Winston Churchill Memorial, 501 Westminster Avenue, Fulton, MO, immediately followed by a Celebration of Life reception at the Fulton Country Club. A family graveside burial was held at the Williamsburg Cemetery, Williamsburg, MO. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or the Alzheimer's Association. |
