Jefferson City News-Tribune, May 10, 2004, Mossie Vaughn Payne, 82, of Fulton, died Sunday, May 9, 2004, at her home. She was born August 7, 1921, to the late William Bradley and Julia (Kemp) Vaughn. On May 29, 1942, she married Roscoe "Jake" Payne in Fulton, Mo. He preceded her in death. She is survived by one son, Gary D. Payne of Ballwin, Mo.; one daughter: Karen J Fox of Fulton; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother; one sister; six step-grandchildren & six step-great grandchildren. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 12, at the Debo Funeral Home in Fulton, Rev. Raymond Dunlap officiating. Burial will follow in Callaway Memorial Gardens. |
