Mrs. Louise Jane Carter, wife of John G. Carter, died at an early hour Monday morning Jan. 25, 1905, at her residence in Fulton of heart trouble, from which she had been a sufferer for several months. Mrs. Carter was a first cousin of the late Gov. Thomas A. Hendrix of Indiana. She has only one brother living, Mr. Marshall Hendrix, of Bachelor, Mo., She leaves a husband who is now in his 85th year, and who has the heartfelt sympathy of a host of friends in his sad bereavement.
